Bio
Logan Williams is the POD Center's Pre-Doctoral Fellow and a second year PhD student in the Integrative Genetics and Genomics Group at UC Davis, working to investigate the fetal epigenome's relationship to neurological conditions with The LaSalle Lab. He has undergraduate research and industry experience in dPCR-based diagnostics, NGS applications in industrial quality control, and expanded genetic code technologies.
Logan investigates how prenatal exposures influence fetal neurodevelopment at the epigenetic level by analyzing cell-free fetal DNA. He's interested in cultivating a greater understanding of human genetics and genomics for applications in high-impact diagnostics and therapeutics.
