Birth & Beyond Family Resource Centers
The Birth & Beyond Collaborative consists of Family Resource Centers located in nine neighborhoods across Sacramento County. Family Resource Centers are welcoming places offering a range of services, activities, and opportunities that respond comprehensively to the needs and hopes of local residents and families.
First 5 of California
First 5 California is dedicated to improving the lives of California’s young children and their families through a comprehensive system of education, health services, childcare, and other crucial programs. Since its creation, First 5 California has brought these critical services to millions of parents, caregivers, and children ages 0 to 5, and is striving to reach thousands more every day.
Black Child Legacy Campaign
The Black Child Legacy Campaign is working to reduce deaths of African American children by 10% to 20% by 2020 in Sacramento County, where African American children die at twice the rate of any other ethnicity. The four leading causes of death are perinatal conditions, infant sleep-related deaths, child abuse and neglect and third party homicides.
Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
The Sacramento County WIC program helps pregnant women, new moms, and young children eat well, stay healthy, and be active. WIC serves families with low to medium incomes, including many working families. Visit their website to find out more about eligibility.
Resilient Yolo
Resilient Yolo is a collaborative of youth and families serving community-based organizations throughout Yolo County. Their mission is to create together a more resilient community in which all can thrive.
PACEs Connection
PACEs Connection, an ever-growing social network, connects those who are implementing trauma-informed and resilience-building practices based on ACEs science. The network’s 40,000+ members share their best practices, while inspiring each other to grow the PACEs movement.
Yolo County Children’s Alliance
YCCA supports families to protect and empower our children. They help families, particularly non-English speaking families, access services, learn valuable parenting skills, and find support.
Children's Therapy Center
Children's Therapy Center provides a multidisciplinary program of continuing physical, occupational and speech and language therapy for infants, toddlers, and children through adolescent age. CTC’s services are available to all children in our community regardless of their family’s ability to pay.
Stanford Sierra Youth & Families
Stanford Sierra Youth & Families provides a continuum of care to empower youth and families to overcome challenges together, as well as connects youth in foster care to the permanent loving families they need and deserve.

Unite Us standardizes how health and social care providers communicate and track outcomes together. They align all stakeholders from healthcare, government, and the community around a shared goal to improve health.
Redwood Community Health Coalition
The Redwood Community Health Coalition’s mission is to improve access to and the quality of care provided for underserved and uninsured people in Marin, Napa, Sonoma and Yolo counties.
